This Rock speed boot features comfort padding, deluxe footbed and embroidered flame. The plate is a Rock nylon, double-action plate with adjustable toe stops. The Rock Flame speed skate combines Sure-Grip ABEC-5 bearings and the Sure-Grip Twister wheels (62mm X 40mm- with the new 3-spoke hub design) for a fast smooth ride! The Rock Red with Black Flame is a great looking quad speed skate at a great price.
Sizing Tip: These skates come in men's sizes. Ladies just need to go down one size, so someone who needs a ladies size 8 skate will need to get a mens size 7 so you would choose the size "Mens 7/Ladies 8".
