We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed, many times the same business day. If the order is placed on the weekend or a major holiday it will usually be shipped the next business day.
Once you place your order we will send you information via e-mail on how to track your order status and your shipping tracking information. We encourage you to track your package on our website. Please contact us if you have any questions on the status of your order.
Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your order and your shipping destination. To find out how much shipping will be just add the products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping for a single pair of skates is generally around $10-$14.

We ship most orders with UPS and FedEx. Both UPS and FedEx offers Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day.
Ground Shipping
Depending on how close you are to our warehouse your order should arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping - Next Day
For Next Day shipping if the order is placed before 2:00pm EST on a normal business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive the next business day. If the order is placed after 2:00pm EST or on Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the next available business day and arrive the next business day.
Expedited Shipping - 2 Day
For 2nd Day shipping if the order is placed before 2:00pm EST on a normal business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive in two business days. If the order is placed after 2:00pm EST or on Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the next available business day and arrive in 2 business days.
Expedited Shipping - 3 Day
For 3 Day shipping if the order is placed before 2:00pm EST on a normal business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive in three business days. If the order is placed after 2:00pm EST or on Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the next available business day and arrive in 3 business days.
UPS does not require a signature for deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order in the comments section when you check out or contact us and let us know. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your package without a signature is that of the delivery person. If you would rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required".
