This speed skate features a Boxer synthetic boot with comfort padding and Velcro power-strap, Rock double-action plates and Lynx ABEC-7 bearings.
Sizing Tip: The black boot and the white boot version of this skate are in mens sizes. Ladies just need to go down one size, so someone who needs a ladies size 8 skate will need to get a mens size 7 so you would choose the size "Mens 7/Ladies 8".
