We strive to ship your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed, many times the same business day. TheSkateAuthority.com ships using UPS and FedEx for the majority of our orders. If the order is placed on the weekend or a major holiday it will usually be shipped the next business day.
Once you place your order we will send you information via e-mail on how
to track your order status. Once your order has shipped we will send your tracking information via email. We
encourage you to track your package on our website. Please contact us if
you have any questions on the status of your order.
International Orders: We will use the fastest and most reliable shipping method possible.
Delivery Signatures: We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order or contact us and let us know. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your package without a signature is that of the delivery person. If you would rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required". |

We ship most orders with UPS and FedEx.
Both UPS and FedEx offers Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day. Ground
Shipping
Depending on how close you are to one of our warehouses your
order should arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves our
warehouse. Expedited Shipping -
Next Day
For Next Day shipping if the order is placed before
2:00pm ET on a normal business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive
the next business day. If the order is placed after 2:00pm ET or on
Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the next available business
day and arrive the next business day.
Expedited Shipping - 2 Day
For 2nd Day shipping if the
order is placed before 2:00pm ET on a normal business day (Mon-Fri)
then the order will arrive in two business days. If the order is placed
after 2:00pm ET or on Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the
next available business day and arrive in 2 business days.
Expedited Shipping - 3 Day
For 3
Day shipping if the order is placed before 2:00pm ET on a normal
business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive in three business
days. If the order is placed after 2:00pm ET or on Saturday or Sunday
then the order will ship the next available business day and arrive in 3
business days. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to the above mentioned locations will be shipped via USPS in order to offer the most economical method of secure shipping.
Canada
Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International in order to insure timely, economical and safe delivery.

Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your order and your shipping destination. To find out how much shipping will be just add the products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and corresponding prices. Shipping for a single pair of skates is generally around $10-$14.

We offer to ship many items free. Just look for the green truck graphic to let you know which skates qualify for free shipping!
Free shipping is available for UPS Ground. You may, however, still upgrade your shipping to 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day if you wish. |
