In order to get you the correct pair of skates as
soon as possible please follow the instructions below for returns and
exchanges.
RETURNS
Step 1: Fill out our contact form (click here)
and choose "Returns" from the drop down list so that we can send you a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please include your order
number in the form.
Step 2: We will send you the RMA # with a
form to print out and put in the box to mail back to us. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all directions.
Step 3: Allow 15-30 days to see the refund (less restocking and shipping fees) on your credit card.
EXCHANGES
In order to get you skating as soon as possible we have found
that the fastest way to do that is for the customer to return the skates
to us and immediately order the correct pair of skates in a new order.
That way you will get your correct skates in a timely manner. If this
poses a problem then just contact us and we will make other arrangements
for you.
